LASE offers a unique on site laser service. Our laser equipment is fully portable, allowing us to bring the cladding or hardening process to you. 

 

Benefits:

• Reduced leadtime: Laser repairs can be made on site. This means that the component can remain in situ, on its own bearings or even on the lathe or milling bed. This is particularly useful where components are very large and transport would be costly.

• Reduced transport costs: Transporting large or cumbersome components can be very expensive, by repairing or hardfacing the component in situ these costs are avoided.

• Reduced downtime: The ability to leave components in situ whilst a repair is completed can significantly reduce the machine downtime, especially where components are large or cumbersome.
